Do you accept my insurance?

Currently, I am able to accept Aetna, United & Cigna through my partnership with Alma. Additionally, I can accept Optum through my partnership with Grow Therapy. However, I can also provide you with a superbill that you can submit to your insurance company for reimbursement as an out-of-network (OON) provider if you do not have these insurances. Many clients find this helpful in receiving partial reimbursement.

Through Alma, clients are also able to utilize their EAP benefits - please reach out if this is something you are interested in!

What are your rates?

My rates are as follows: a 50-minute session is $180, and a 30-minute session is $90. I also offer therapy intensives. A therapy intensive is an immersive therapeutic experience that typically involves several hours of focused sessions over a short period, such as a few days or a week. Unlike traditional therapy, which often consists of weekly sessions, intensives allow clients to delve deeper into their issues in a concentrated format. Therapy intensives begin at $400 for a 2-hour session.

What is your cancellation policy?

Attendance and punctuality are essential to the therapeutic process. To manage scheduling and accommodate other clients effectively, please adhere to the following guidelines regarding missed appointments:

  • Cancellation Notice: If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, you must provide at least 24-48 hours' notice before the scheduled session time. This advance notice allows me to offer the time slot to other clients who may be in need of therapy.

  • Charges for Missed Sessions: If you cancel with less than 24 hours’ notice, or if you fail to attend a scheduled session without prior notice more than two times, you will incur a charge of 50% of the session fee for missed sessions going forward. Repeated cancellations will be subject to 100% of the session fee. This charge compensates for the missed opportunity and the time allocated for your appointment. Limited exceptions, (I.e., personal and family emergencies, illnesses) may leave room for reduced cancellation fees. Consecutive no shows, last minute cancellations, or frequent missed appointments may result in termination of therapeutic services.

I’m a therapist - do you offer supervision or consultation?

Yes! As a dedicated therapist, I can provide supervision to fellow professionals, fostering an environment of growth and reflection. My approach emphasizes collaborative learning, helping therapists navigate complex cases, refine their skills, and enhance their therapeutic practices. Through regular supervision sessions, I support colleagues in building confidence, deepening their understanding, and ensuring ethical standards in their work. Together, we cultivate a space for open dialogue and professional development, empowering therapists to thrive in their careers. I charge $100 per clinical hour for individual supervision. Charges for consultation are on a case-by-case basis.

Which forms of payment do you accept?

I accept most major debit and credit cards, including Discover, American Express, Visa, and Mastercard. I can also accept FSA and HSA cards, as well as cash, or check.
